Ina Perkins is a native of Waterloo, Ia. now living in Bloomington, IL with her husband Eddie. They have been married for twenty-nine years. They have four children and eight grandchildren. Ina has a degree in Early Childhood Development and over twenty-seven years of experience working with children and families.
